WHAT DOES THE TERM “IT’S OK TO ASK FOR HELP” MEAN? “IT’S OK TO ASK FOR HELP” means feeling comfortable about wanting to get the assistance and support you need in order to care for yourself or your loved ones and live a more fulfilling, and independent life. Daily Living Comforts is the perfect solution for your loved ones and others who aren't ready to leave their home for an institutional setting or live with relatives, but, because of illness or chronic conditions, need support in order to be able to remain at home.
HOW DOES THE COST OF DAILY LIVING COMFORTS COMPARE? The average Daily Living Comforts service runs about 1/3 of the cost of an Assisted Living Facility, and is the perfect solution for your loved ones and others who aren't ready to leave their home.
HOW QUICKLY CAN SERVICES BE PROVIDED? Generally services can be provided within 24 to 48-hours.

WHAT IF I NEED BOTH SKILLED AND NON-MEDICAL SERVICES? If your loved needs both kinds of services, skilled & non-medical, it can be provided. The non-medical personnel are able to cover the gap that is often created when the skilled personnel leave.
HOW IS IT PAID FOR? Non-medical home care is, unfortunately, not covered by Medicare. However, some long-term care insurances are now paying for this type of service if certain qualifications are met because they realize this is less expensive than a nursing home or assisted living facility. For the most part, though, this service is covered by private pay, out of pocket either for the senior or their families.

In the event of an unexpected call off or no show by a caregiver, we will immediately contact other caregivers that are familiar with your needs. If they are unavailable, trained management personnel will be sent for your assistance. In the event that we cannot service your needs in a timeframe that you expect, your next 2 hours of service are FREE.
HOW CAN I MAKE MY PAYMENT? We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Services are billed ahead for a two (2) week period and are adjusted on the subsequent billing as necessary. We will quickly process any refund due.
