Return Policy

You may return merchandise purchased at Daily Living Comforts if it meets the guidelines below.

Guidelines
All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges. Learn more about how to return an online purchase.

Price Guarantee
Two more great reasons to buy with confidence at Daily Living Comforts. If you're about to make a purchase and discover a lower advertised price offered by a local retail competitor on the same available brand and model, let us know and we'll match that price on the spot.

Already bought? We'll refund you the price difference from our own sale price, or 110% of the difference from our competitor's sale price, up to 30 days after your purchase. Either way, simply provide proof of price while the lower price is in effect.

The Price Guarantee does not apply to our or our competitors' free offers, limited-quantity items, open-box items, clearance items, mail-in offers, financing or bundle offers.

30-Day Return Period
Refunds are available Thirty days from the date merchandise was received.

Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item by mail, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item online.

Personal Data
Please remove all personal data from any returned products. Daily Living Comforts is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.

Promotional Items
Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., buy a Walker, get a free Cane), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
